Water filling leak test procedure of stainless steel reactor
① Before water filling test, all accessories and other components welded with stainless steel reactor body shall be completed.
② Before water filling test, all welds related to tightness test shall not be painted.
③ Fresh water shall be used for water filling test, and the water temperature shall not be lower than 5 ℃. For stainless steel reactor, the chloride ion content in water shall not exceed 25mg / L, and the water for aluminum floating roof test shall not have corrosive effect on aluminum.
④ 0.1-0.2mpa compressed air shall be injected into the reinforcing ring before water filling test for weld leakage detection.
⑤ In the water filling test, the observation of foundation settlement should be strengthened. In the water filling test, if the foundation settlement is not allowed, the water filling should be stopped and the test can be continued after treatment.
⑥ During the process of water filling and discharging, the breathing valve port shall be opened, and the foundation shall not be soaked. The water filling height shall be the highest operating liquid level. When the strength of stainless steel storage reactor is tested, the liquid level shall be maintained for 48h, and the stainless steel reactor wall shall be observed to be qualified without leakage and abnormal deformation. If any leakage is found, water shall be drained. Before draining, mark and make the liquid level about 300 mm lower than the leakage point, and then carry out repair welding.
⑦ During the strength and tightness test of the stainless steel reactor top, the water level in the stainless steel reactor should be LM below the maximum liquid level, and the pressure should be increased slowly. When it is increased to the test pressure (1.1 times of the designed internal pressure), it is qualified to observe that there is no abnormal deformation in the top pouring and no leakage in the weld (soapy water). The stability test of the stainless steel reactor top should be filled with water to the designed maximum liquid level, The water discharge method is used. During the test, the pressure should be lowered slowly. When the test negative pressure is reached, the stainless steel reactor top is qualified if there is no abnormal deformation. After the above two tests, the stainless steel reactor should be connected with the atmosphere immediately, and return to normal pressure. In the weather that causes drastic temperature changes, it is not suitable to do the strength, tightness and stability test of the fixed top.
